How to brief us for print production requirements

Clients need to inform us of the quantity, size, colours and any additional information for their print production requirements, such as foiling and metallic colours. Flame Design will proof all designs and make text changes where necessary. Clients also need to tell us when they would like delivery of the printed product and what their budget is.

Flame Design will work within client specifications to ensure that the job is completed on time and within the stipulated budget. Once we receive the client’s brief, Flame Design will prepare the quote and the terms of the job will be finalised.

Where no final deadline has been specified by the client, Flame Design will draw up its own production schedule and try to complete the job as soon as possible. We will keep clients informed of the progress of their jobs – if there are unlikely delays or changes to the design, the client will be notified immediately and we will wait for the client’s approval.
